This setting lets you assign a primary advisor when multiple advisors are assigned to an account or group. The Primary Advisor is synced to Tamarac CRM, if your firm uses Tamarac CRM integration.

For the best experience, we recommend assigning advisors to accounts, groups, and Households using Service Teams.

IMPORTANT

In a future release of Tamarac CRM, we'll be removing this field because Service Teams will take its place. To avoid interruptions in your daily workflows, we're leaving this feature in place, but to avoid any potential disruptions, you'll need to transition to the new Service Team structure before this field is removed.
