The Secondary Axis defines the values a chart measures and plots. It determines what the chart displays, and the available settings vary by chart type.

Secondary Axis (Bars/Columns)

Controls which numeric values the chart shows as bars or columns. If the chart includes benchmarks or indexes, it also shows them on the secondary axis.

Available options: All available data points

Secondary Axis (Lines)

Controls which numeric values the chart shows as lines. If the chart includes benchmarks or indexes, it also shows them on the secondary axis.

Where it appears: All available columns

Combined Charts (Bar and Line)

Combined charts use both secondary axis settings at the same time. The chart shows some values such as columns and others as lines.
