Firm Specific information:
Goldman has two relationships their PFM Relationship and their FinLife Relationship; you can tell the FinLife Firms as they will not have PFM prior to the firm name and the branch name will be FL – Firm Name
FinLife
- Any emails that need to go out for a FinLife firm should be sent to finlifeservice@gs.com; no emails are to be sent directly to the advisors.
- Best practice to allow them to easily review and reach out to the correct firm is to send emails with the SR#, Client Name, and the Firm name in the subject line
Goldman PFM
- Emails can be sent directly to the advisor email contacts.
- The one exception is if outreach is needed on the PFM Personalized Portfolio Series Service Requests. This series is a group of 3 accounts comprised of the follow strategies:
Completion - Personalized Portfolio - Taxable - Personal Insights + Tactical - Moderate Aggressive (MUNI) Model
GSAM TACS Tax Advantaged Loss Harvesting (ISG Total Market) Model
GS Intermediate Duration Muni Bond Ladder Model
Emails on these requests should be directed to pfm-platform@internal.email.gs.com only.
Envestnet information
- We can process trade errors on behalf of Goldman at Fidelity; we will need to receive the Fidelity attestation form from their Trading Services Team (pfmtrading@gs.com). They also need to have approval from their Trade Incident Teams.
- All Billing Requests for Goldman PFM should be directed to the PFMBilling Team
- For RC SRs if there's a note of "PFM Guidance Fee" and a management fee matches RC value we can have IO complete the lift cash task
- For RC SRs FA will always process the withdraw.
- If an advisor is being unresponsive the home office can be looped in to try to get a response.
