How do I set up a data feed from National Advisors Trust?

ANSWER

Tamarac Advisor Services often assists clients with requests to enable a particular custodian feed to PortfolioCenter or the UMP.

Client/Custodian Steps

  1. The client should reach out to their National Advisors Trust rep and request that Tamarac have access to their data, in the form of daily PortfolioCenter/Centerpiece compatible files. Each client has files delivered to a specific folder number.
  2. National Advisors Trust creates a folder with a three-digit name on the Tamarac FTP server (in FTPServer\Users\FTPNATC). Once the data feed has been established, National Advisors Trust will send you the folder number.

Tamarac Steps

Once the above steps have been completed by the client and the custodian, do the following:

  1. In the PortfolioCenter interface settings, add the folder file path (for example, \\337113-ftp1.system.tamarac\FTPServer\Users\FTPNATC\### where ### is the three-digit folder number). National Advisors Trust delivers daily and historical files to this folder nightly.

If you experience any problems with file delivery, you can access the files by going to https://webaccess.nationaladvisorstrust.com/sftp/ and entering the following credentials:
