How do I set up a data feed from Northern Trust?
ANSWER
Tamarac often assists clients with requests to enable a particular custodian feed to PortfolioCenter or the UMP.
PortfolioCenter Data Feed
There is no PortfolioCenter feed for this custodian.
UMP Data Feed
To enable the data feed in the UMP from Northern Trust, follow these steps:

The client who is listed as the account owner, whether it’s the firm or their end-client, should reach out directly to their Northern Trust account administrator. They should request that their administrator add their accounts to Envestnet, to our CEENV and MACONC data feeds.

Once the custodian confirms that the feed has been set up and the account has been added, you should check the following day in the UMP. If the account was not linked to the correct client and it’s been labeled as an orphaned account, send an email to Recon Client Support ReconClientSupport@envestnet.com and cc TAS-UMP-Configuration TAS-UMP-Configuration@trv.envestnet.com and TamaracConversionReconIO (TamaracConversionReconIO@trv.envestnet.com) to assign the orphan account to the firm.
