Note: 

We are in the process of migrating TIAA direct feeds to the UMP, reference ticket #3821194. Brand new setups should be added to the Envestnet feed but existing firms on the download process will slowly get migrated to the direct feed as there is required paperwork between TIAA and our clients. Run the UMP Feed Linking macro and use the N prefix number for auto-claim when a new feed is established.
